Social media is a big part of many teens’ lives. But what impact does social media use have on teens?
Cheltenham High School and Wyncote Academy high school students (grades 9–12) are encouraged to write an original poem about either the positive or negative impact that social media has on their life (examples: how it is used; how often it is used; how it connects and/or separates people; ways it can express thoughts, emotions, and/or experiences; etc.)
PRIZES
Two winners will be selected, one from Cheltenham High School and another from Wyncote Academy. These two winners will receive a $50 gift card and have their poem displayed at school and featured on the Cheltenham Communities That Care (CTC) website and social media accounts.
